2. Supervise layout floor plan and design of IC blocks.

3. Define specifications, architecture and create design document.

4. Silicon test, characterization and lab debugging with test engineers.

5. Knowledge sharing/Presentation within design team.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in EE or physics, with minimum 5 years of working experience.

2. Experience in EEPROM or NOR-Flash circuit design is preferred.

3. Strong lab experience on silicon debugging, good understanding on lab instruments.

4. Ability to supervise layout floor plan and design.

5. Good understanding of NVM technology process and device physics.

6. Proficiency of EDA design tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, etc).
